By downloading, installing, or using RM Driver Pro ("Software"), you agree to be bound by the terms of this End User License Agreement ("Agreement"). If you do not agree to the terms of this Agreement, do not install or use the Software.
Subject to the terms of this Agreement, RM Driver Pro grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to install and use the Software on a computer system owned or controlled by you.
You may not: (a) reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Software; (b) modify or create derivative works based on the Software; (c) rent, lease, or sub-license the Software; (d) remove any proprietary notices or labels on the Software.
The Software used is protected by copyright laws and international copyright treaties, as well as other intellectual property laws and treaties. RM Driver Pro retains all title, ownership rights, and intellectual property rights in and to the Software.
The Software is provided "AS IS", without warranty of any kind. RM Driver Pro disclaims all warranties, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.
In no event shall RM Driver Pro be liable for any special, incidental, indirect, or consequential damages whatsoever (including, without limitation, damages for loss of business profits, business interruption, loss of business information, or any other pecuniary loss) arising out of the use of or inability to use this product.
This License is effective until terminated. Your rights under this License will terminate automatically without notice from RM Driver Pro if you fail to comply with any term(s) of this License.
RM Driver
